Fitness Week
If you want to improve or kickstart your fitness this is a fantastic week to do so. Aimed at you if you are currently using a gym or personal trainer to improve your fitness or help you lose weight. The altitude of Val D'Isere will increase your aerobic fitness even before you've done any activity-bonus!- and Cathy will lead you through a fun-filled week of various activities to help move you further to your goals.

Saturday
Arrive, Introductory drinks. Afternoon walk if your travel plans allow.
Sunday
8:00am Two mile morning jog in breathtaking scenery
8:30am Mind/Body class of t'ai chi, yoga and pilates style moves to lengthen the muscles and de-stress the mind
4:30pm Circuits class
Monday
9:30 Mountain walk to Col D'Iseran. A challenging 8 hour walk to the summit and back of Col D'Iseran - Europe's highest mountain pass. We stop for our picnic lunch on the way and there is a welcome restaurant and gift shop at the top.
Tuesday
Free day-enjoy a trip to Italy. Alternatively you can use today to book additional activities such as parascending, golf, spa treatments, quad biking, mountain walks (payable locally) or just relax!
Wednesday
10:00am Circuits to improve cardiovascular fitness and burn fat
4:30pm Strength/Body Conditioning class
5:30pm Mind/Body class
Thursday
8:00am Three mile jog through and around the town
8:45am Aerobics class
4:30pm Circuits class
Friday
8:00am Strength/Body Conditioning class
9:00am Aerobics
4:00pm Three mile jog
5:00pm Mind/Body class
7:30pm Farewell meal.
Saturday
10:00am Three mile jog (if travel plans allow)
Travel home.
