Running Training Camp
No matter what your running ability or experience is, this camp will enhance your performance and your confidence. The altitude of the Alps will give your running fitness a boost and with groups kept to a maximum of 20, you will benefit from tailored and individual advice and attention.
During the training week you will experience a variety of training methods; guided long and short runs, hill training, core stability, heart rate training, stretching, strength for runners, tempo training. Your own current training plan can be reviewed with pointers and advice for improvement.
There is plenty time during the week to experience some of the other activities on offer in Val D'Isere, such as Via Ferrata, golf, mountain biking and swimming (see our 'Extreme' page for details of everything else!).
If you want to take it a bit easier, why not take a day trip to Italy or relax in one of the spas in or around the village.
